I think its the meaning behind it. If you are trying to make a joke, then no. If you are trying to be mean for personal gain, then yes. Happy end of the semester!

Ok, I have been around MANY jerks in my life, and Ryan, I do not think you are a jerk!! However, do you have the potential to be a jerk? Oh, I'm sure! But since you have lived past the puberty years, you do not act like a jerk to me, nor would I consider you a jerk in general, NOR would I consider you a General Jerk....do you follow that?!
